Welcome to Yourself – Self De-armouring & Nourishment Tutorial
Welcome to Yourself is a Sacred Feminine self care guidance workshop to support the release of tensions & numbness in the body & mind & reconnect with your natural rhythm.
This course is recommended for Women who have been initiated in the first Module, Honor the Divine Within You, online tutorial or that have taken other similar courses. It is also for Women who wish to regain sensitivity & aliveness in their body, yoni & cervix.
Perhaps you have experienced surgical intervention such as a LEEP procedure, hysterectomy, childbirth, or abuse that has left you feeling numb & dissociated. Through sacred touch, breath & sound you learn to come home to the safety of your precious body…to the root of your being…to your yoni…to your cervix…to your heart.
This one day workshop begins with a seminar on the topic of de-armouring. The curriculum unfolds with a guided self massage, breath work, sounding & the use of an obsidian wand where you are guided step by step.
This holistic experience is intended to unfold with the natural rhythm the Feminine heart.. What we wish to create in this space is a sense of safety, naturalness & flow.

IN PREPARATION, PLEASE GATHER:
- A wand of your choice. Medium size Black Obsidian or Tachyon are recommended.
- Good quality organic coconut oil is wonderful for all over usage.
- A large towel or sarong you can sit & lay on.
- A sarong or robe to wrap yourself with.
- For the altar, bring flowers, a photo or object that represents the deity you connect with, candle, incense, etcetera.
